I LOVE Dr. Rosen! He doesn't try to sell me things, he just helps me take good care of my teeth. He is professional, gentle and respects my time by being on time for my appointments. I refer everyone I know to him. |

Dr. Rosen is absolutely spectacular. I initially chose him because of the convenient location, and he takes our dental insurance (MetLife), my two main criteria. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Rosen's since 2004, and now I am also taking my son (3yo) to him. His office is super-clean, which I greatly appreciate. His hygenists are always friendly and efficient, and I feel like I get a great cleaning and exam there. There are lots of toys and books in the waiting area for children - while he may not be a "pediatric dentist" per se, I would not hesitate to recommend him to someone needing a dentist for their children. He made my son's first appointment very easy, and they have a great treasure chest the kids can pick a toy from when they're done. Another thing I appreciate - they keep to their appointment schedule. I usually try and go early in the morning, but my husband typically takes an afternoon appointment and has never had an issue with them running late. Love love LOVE Dr. Rosen. |

I have gone to many dentists over the years, and this is by FAR the best practice I have ever gone too. I have had fillings, root canals, extractions and implants from here (bad teeth I KNOW). The atmosphere is always friendly, and cheerful - the staff is great to be around, and really makes you feel comfortable no matter what the procedure being done would be. I recommend them to anyone that asks me for a dentist, and I have 5 or 6 friends that have gone to them and every one has switched to this practice as their primary care. I wouldn't go anywhere else! |

The office staff and Dr. Rosen are very friendly and professional. They run on time which is great since I often have my cleanings done on my lunch hour. When ever I have asked questions or had dental issues and need to get in quci they were always accomondating. They have always have answered my questions and have put me at ease. The dental office atmoshphere is contemporary and not off putting like some other dental offices I have visited in the past years. |

Dr. Rosen has been our family dentist for a few years now and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a GREAT dentist. He also knows what a bed side manor is all about, he and his staff in West Norriton are all very relaxed and make you feel at home and comfortable. Going to get dental work done can be nerve racking but heading over to see Dr. Rosen is something you will look forward too. |

Today I had my first root canal and I was very very scared. Dr. Rosen and his staff were FABULOUS!!! HE treated me with kindness, respect, acted professionally, and his work is remarkable. He is meticulous at what he does and he's soo nice. He has taken care of my children (one of which doesn't need braces due to what he did for her when she was in elementary school). He was the best thing that ever walked into Dr. Berger's office. Let's say, Dr. Rosen is great at what he does yet doesn't act like a know it all. I highly recommend him and have had some of my friends go to him upon my recommendation - they too won't go to any other dentist now. |

Dr. Rosen is excellent. His work is top notch. Talking to him is a pleasure. All of his dental assistants are well trained and make the visit painless and (weird to say about a dentist) fun. |

Dr Rosen has a great chair side manner. He explained what he was going to do before doing it. He was sincere when he ask if you had questions or concerns. His work is super. His office staff is second to none. He employs top notch hygienist. His office and waiting area are clean and well lit. I had no problems when I recently had the pleasure to have dental work done here. 5 super stars. |

Dr. Rosen and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have had traumatizing experiences with not-so-great dentists in the past, so I was not very hopeful when I started my search for a new one. And not only was I terrified, but also embarrassed because I was so afraid to go to another dentist that I had let my teeth get to a point where they needed quite a bit of work, and I had no choice but to try to find a new dentist. I read a bunch of amazing reviews about Dr. Rosen online, so I decided to take a chance and made an appointment.... and very much to my surprise... I actually look forward to going to the dentist now! Is that ridiculous or what? It still boggles my mind a little. Dr. Rosen and his staff are absolutely incredible. They are professional and personable, which is incredible to me that they can make me feel so comfortable. But most importantly, it puts my mind at ease to know that I can trust Dr. Rosen implicitly to give me the absolute best dental care I could ever hope for. He always seems to be on the cutting edge of the latest and greatest technology. He explains in full detail the course of action he feels is most appropriate for my dental health and why... yet I still make the ultimate decision. He won't do any procedure that he doesn't believe will be in your best interest... but he also won't do something that you're not comfortable with, I never feel pressured. And when I come to him with questions and concerns, he addresses each and every one of them and gives me a ton of options of what we can do. I have had quite a bit of work done over the past year, mostly over the last few months... and still have a little ways to go. In fact, I have another appointment coming up in a few weeks that I can't wait for, because I know I will walk out of his office one step closer to having my perfect smile back. And as a singer who is always getting my picture taken when I'm on stage, that's something so incredibly important to me :) I rarely ever write reviews, and given a history of awful dental experiences, believe me when I tell you I never thought I'd see the day where I'd recommend a dentist... which is why I felt it was so important to share this review. I cannot rave enough about Dr. Rosen, he is absolutely the BEST OF THE BEST. I am so grateful that I found him through others reviews, and I hope this one will do the same for someone else! |

I actually love going to a dentist! This dentist! The office staff is a bit crazy (in a good way) and the dentist is a bit nutty (in a very good way!!!). They act like family and obviously love each other very much. Ever go into one of those medical offices and you can cut the tension with a knife, like my last dentist? Why? Then dr. Rosen actually said "I treat my patients and staff like my own family." now I believe him... I had a wisdom tooth removed ($200 cheaper than my other dentist and only took four painless seconds) and the doctor gave me his cell phone # to call if I had any problems. I had a question later that night and I did call...he picked up his phone and answered my question straight away! I just love this office!!!!! |

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Rosen. I wish I could have him as a GP. I have a long history of sordid relationships with Dentists. I am kinda a serial visit once and leave a dentist in the dust with just my x-rays sort of patient. From the beginning this dental experience was different. I had a lot of anxiety going in, expecting the worse. The whole staff was very considerate and reassuring, and capable of dealing with patients that have dental anxieties. No one exactly relishes the idea of sharp metal objects with power in the mouth, and those that do, probably have bigger problems than a cavity or two. The dental hygienists are wonderful creatures, they are patient, gentle, and answer all your questions while you're waiting for the doctor. The prices are upfront, and you don't get the feeling he wants to pull and drill anything just to drum up business. The office is cheerful and brightly adorned with whimsical artwork on every wall, plenty to look at and take your mind off the fact that you are willfully subjecting yourself to oral torture. At least at first. You soon learn that your experience at Dr. Rosenâs office is much different than other dentistâs youâve been to, at least for me. Everyone is very personableâ¦and best of all, the dentist knows what heâs doing!!! I had an extraction, and a filling. I was under the impression the extraction was going to be a huge ordeal. Everyone told me since adolescence that a wisdom tooth removal was a painful and necessary initiation into adulthood and my peers only reaffirmed it. Totally not true. What other dentists called impacted and suggested oral surgery, Dr. Rosen was able to swiftly and painlessly remove in 10 seconds. The whole thing was so completely uneventful that it was ALMOST a letdown! My husband and I are so relieved to have found a dentist that believes in preserving teeth, and being upfront. I am sure that when we leave the area we will do our best to make the trip back to his office every 6 months for a checkup. You don't find such good doctors very often. |

My son fractured his jaw and lost a permanent tooth in a snowboarding accident on a Saturday. I called the emergency room and they recommended Dr. Seth Rosen. I called, not being an established patient but he opened his office and saw us anyway. That speaks volumes as to his commitment, regardless of your patient status, his love of what he does and people. Myself and rest of the children now go to see him. In todays world, he's an anomaly. I bet he would even make a house call, if he had to. |

This is the dental practice to go to! His staff of hygenists are friendly and gentle and Dr. Rosen is great. He is honest and will never try to sell you something you don't need, as many dentists will do. I've been going there for 6 years and can say I actually look forward to my biannual visits! |

I am currently a patient of Dr. Seth Rosen at A Family Dental Care Center. A friend referred me to A Family Dental Care Center after having a previous visit to another local dentist. I was told that I would need a lot of dental work done and was quoted a very high price. That is when my friend suggested that I see Dr. Rosen. When I went to his office for my first visit, I was very pleased with the overall environment of the office. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and genuinely concerned with the best result for your smile. Dr. Rosen sat and talked with me and went over exactly what work I would need to have done, when it would be completed, and the final price I would need to pay. Dr. Rosen quoted me a price much lower than the previous dentist and I couldn't have been happier with the final result. I am so glad to have found Dr. Rosen and the staff at A Family Dental Care Center and now I actually enjoy going to the dentist! |

I drive 2 hours from New York City to just see Dr. Rosen. I have a long history of dental issues (hereditary, I guess), and will not entrust my teeth to anyone else. He's a perfectionist, yet caring at the same time. |

Coming from a guy who's had quite a history of dental work, I can say with confidence that hands down - this has been the best experience I've EVER had with a dentist (or with any healthcare provider for that matter). I was referred to Dr. Rosen by a coworker a few years back while suffering from a terrible toothache and was able to get my problem resolved the same day. Unlike my past experiences in the chair, I wasn't made to feel guilty about not taking care of my tooth sooner and immediately felt at ease with him and his staff. He and his staff do seem to have fun on the job and he does have a mildly sarcastic sense of humor/ air of confidence about him; but behind the fun/swagger is a true pro in every sense of the word -- an great dentist who truly cares about his patients. Dr. Rosen is more than fair, honest and will explain everything both visually and in plain English. He'll explain all of your options in great detail. (i.e. What if I do?, What if I don't?, etc.) As for cosmetic dentistry, you'll be hard-pressed to find ANYONE, ANYWHERE who takes more pride in their work or gives such attention to detail. Out of necessity, I needed an implant to replace my top front tooth a couple years back and I'm still in awe today. After hearing many horror stories and after pricing this procedure extensively, I opted to have Dr. Rosen do the work. A friend of mine needed the same procedure done and elected to go with a more "established", "Best of the Main Line-type" (coincidentally around the same time that I did on the same exact tooth). Despite costing him thousands more, he's got Chicklet-looking crown and is still having problems with his implant today. Furthermore, when my insurance provider declined a post-procedure claim that the extent of the work was out of necessity, Dr. Rosen went to bat for me, argued his point extensively (through phone calls, emails and written correspondence) and eventually got it approved. All said, he saved my about $1000 in out-of-pocket expenses (post-procedure), not because he had to -- but because he cared. I'll admit, it's been a while since I've been back to see my dentist, but there's NOBODY else I'd recommend or go to at this point. I work around quite a few lawyers/professionals in my line of work; many of whom I've referred to him and have received nothing but thanks for their experiences too. I think this is the first and only time I've ever posted a review online, but feel strongly enough to do so. Don't hesitate to use these guys -- they're great. Comments: cockatoo-lady - 05/21/10: I wish he offered a Saturday here or there... As far as what you say in your review... I'll be finding out firsthand soon enough. Hope it's all true. |

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Rosen for several years. We have had cleanings, whitenings, and some dental work and have been extremely pleased with the care and results we received. Dr. Rosen and his staff are very friendly and fun. It is clear that they genuinely care about making your visit a pleasant one. I recently had to have a crown put on and was very concerned about how it would look (and feel). Dr. Rosen was very patient and answered all of my questions to alleviate my fears and the crown looks wonderful! You can barely tell that it is a crown! I have also had to cancel some appointments because of working late and he and his staff have been very understanding. I have been very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Rosen and his staff and I would highly recommend A-Family Dental Care Center! |

Dr. Rosen is an awesome dentist! My kids never fight to go (they did with their last dentist) and always come out happy. Dr. Rosen always makes sure he personally comes to speak with me, which is something other dentists never do. We will be patients for a long time! Thanks for a great experience! |

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Family Dental. The staff are very friendly and do their best to make you feel at ease. My boyfriend and I actually travel an hour to see Dr. Rosen despite the numerous dentists within miles of our house- it is well worth the drive! |

Ok at first: He is an ok dentist, but if you miss an appointment he holds it against you. He doesn't like to be told no you don't want to do what he suggests. He is very very friendly and is very gental so if your going there for just a cleaning and a simple filling he is good. Our Response: We don't hold missed appointments against you. We have a three strikes rule, you get to miss two appointments, then we charge $25 per broken appointment after that point. This is more than fair. |

WOW!!: What a great experience! They have evening and weekend hours, which I love, and were on time for my appointment. The office is amazing in every way, from the waiting room to the nicest equipment I have ever seen. They even have hot towels for after your cleaning. Dr. Rosen gave me the most thorough examination after my cleaning, even checking my head, neck, and throat...my old dentist never did that! I just can't rave enough! |
